@elliottbnewcombjr The SOTA near the speakers has a suspension tuned to 3 Hz. It has no issues with its location and enthusiastic listening levels. No equipment goes between the speakers.

btw, is that panel at the Fireplace easily removable, do you occasionally use it?

I used mine for years, until I decided to go for a better Video system, it’s blocked by my sola and end table, sad, but I watch a lot of Video.

I’ve got my fan, sub, shiatsu massager, coffee heater, remote controls box, including lutron remote light control. Maybe it would be easier to put my socks on if I moved around more! Oh, there's my fly swatter.

They say “verity is the spice of life”.  I am not one to argue if that is what you like, and I can understand from the industrial design perspective that turntables have a desirable, alluring esthetic, especially some of the models in your collection.  However, I would settle on one that outperforms all the others from a sound quality perspective, selling off the ones in your collection to fund the upgrade.   
 

Regarding your statement:  The third turntable becomes problematic because if I put it on my credenza, then I do not have a space to reach over the back to get to cabling and pre amp or phono stage - my recommendation is to purchase a Goldpoint switch.  Goldpoint manufactures audiophile and professional level controls and switches.  You can get a multiple in one out to your phono stage.   I have one from my DAC to either my head amp or integrated amp.  They are truly transparent and silent when switching.  

The new plinth, a narrow bottom edge. Could he make you a new bottom layer with a wider edge. Permanent or removable. Solid, ventilated?

I am temporarily in the camp of winnow down to a single best however it is / will be capable of supporting 3 arms. I see having multiple of similar caliber gear as dilution of absolute performance BUT at a significantl decrease in evaluation discernment… which is imo a gift, curse and learnable skill. I’m also at the viewpoint where, after a certain not inexpensive level where competence is achieved, the arms and cartridge matter more. I’m not obviously a Linn follower but I could live w a top

notch Linn and hear them frequently enough to respect them.
