Surprised this band hasn’t been mentioned yet -- they were very popular on the 1970’s concert scene and still active today:
Mother’s Finest
Joyce "Baby Jean" Kennedy and Glenn "Doc" Murdock could raise the roof belting out "Mickey’s Monkey", "Baby Love", "Burning Love", and some controversial songs that I can’t write the titles of lest some members report me. They built a strong following opening up for the likes of Ted Neugent, Aerosmith, The Who, and Black Sabbath, blending Funky licks with kick-ass hard rock.
Check them out.
