Those are all so resonably priced!! The Nordost are only $649 for a pair.  How many do you need?

Jeffrey Smith with Silversmith has a computer file that you can use to 3D print some.  He sent it to me, but I never tried it.

I bought some 3 d printed ones from a guy on Audiomart. They are really nice.
