I had exactly the problems you describe - and the same "We've identified the cause..." support response probably six months ago. Qobuz became completely unusable and was never fixed - so I abandoned it in favor of Tidal (which works fine). Hope you have better luck!

Previously, I was afraid that this was probably going to become a recurring issue, and it now seems to be the case. You’ve got me thinking about switching to other platforms. Qobuz has another issue as well: from time to time, one track suddenly gets dropped from my playlist and disappears. I recall someone else on this forum complaining about the similar issue. |
@tcutter this seems to be a symptom of you connecting through a mesh network? if you are, connect to the primary router directly. Hope that helps. |
