I have several Bryston components and their customer service was outstanding UNTIL they were acquired by a AXIOM in 2021. I had an issue with my SP3 and sent it in for repair. 9 months later they finally repaired it. Meantime the SVP who used to reply or call me back if I had questions NEVER returned any of my phone calls and emails inquiring. After I was told by the only response from them told me they had lost my SP3! The local stereo guru who knows and deals with them called and they responded to him. A couple of months afterward I FINALLY received my SP3 back. I will NEVER buy any new components only ones developed before the sale. BE WARE! Otherwise I can say that Wilson Audio has been consistently EXCELLENT responding quickly and very helpful.
