Best concert you've attended

Have been reading through this thread, lots of great concerts for sure!  Makes me think of concerts I wish I would have attended, like I had the opportunity to attend a Pink Floyd concert in Phoenix when they were touring the Animals album, also a small venue with Elton John in Las Vegas (sigh).

One of the best was my second concert, Elton John doing the Yellow Brick Road tour.  Other greats, Billy Joel, Yes, ELO, Paul Simon and Carol King.

Last concert I attended was Bonnie Raitt just last year...

I'm so jealous that you were at the GD 1974 Roosevelt Raceway show.  I've listened to that Eyes of the World hundreds of times!  It's the pinnacle of the Grateful Dead.   

The 130 Phish shows I attended.  I leave my expectations at the door but they shock me every time!  The most recent being at the Sphere.  What an experience!

In contrast, seeing Black Flag in the mid 80's at the VFW in Fort Lauderdale with a small crowd, no stage and Rollins in your face.  Pure energy.

The A.R.M.S. Concert held in Los Angeles in 1983. It was a benefit for Multiple Sclerosis in honor of Ronnie Lane and the lineup included Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page, Steve Winwood, Joe Cocker, Paul Rodgers, Charlie Watts, Ron Wood, Bill Wyman and Kenny Jones. Seeing Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, and Jimmy Page on stage together performing “Layla” was priceless.
