Manufacturers with great customer service

I haven't rad through the responses but Atma-sphere definitely needs to be recognized for its customer service. I've been with them 25 years without a break and it has never wavered.

Pass Labs: I have only purchased used Pass equipment, but Pass Labs has provided support and advice beyond anything that I could have hoped for.

Linear Tube Audio: Quick response and willing to respond to all my requests.

Shunyata Research: I spoke with three different people there and received patient informative information each time.

Samsung

I bought one of their 3D TVs when they 1st came out.

A couple of small darker areas in the lower corners.

Remotely, they diagnosed a new screen was needed.

Just a few days later their rep shows up, big box, new screen. You gotta see how many separate pc boards he had to transfer from the back of the old screen to the new one. 

Amazing, done, perfect!

Sony,

4K allows bigger screens when you might be too close with older resolutions. I’m only 13’ from the screen.

So, I wanted a bigger screen, realized I wasn’t really using 3D, gave the Samsung 3D to my neice, decided to go all new Sony: TV; AVR; Blu-Ray.

Cable, HDMI, ARC channel; ..... Sony helped me on the phone, actually diagnosed a bad HDMI cable, get everything working from 1 remote, then got the cable box remote to control everything. 

Over the years, I do a reset of the AVR, and maybe call, out of warranty, but they help me anyway.

Audio Research, PS Audio and the original Thiel! All were fantastic!
