Manufacturers with great customer service

What are the brands you've experienced with great customer service?

zavato

let's not forget Steve and Ray Leung of VAS Audio

https://vasnyinc.com/

Everyone here speaks highly of them, luckily I live 35 minutes away, they have become friends, as well as solving many things for me, and cartridge re-builds of course.

I always leave happy after seeing Father and Son working so well together.

Pine Tree Audio

Just totally cooperative, helpful suggestions, solutions.

They made me a custom length Phono Cable with my chosen din connector (needed long neck narrow diameter) (connector was recessed far up the arm's post)

Beautifully made, good price.

Sold me my JVC Victor Big CL-2 Plinth and TT81, included a free 120/100 transformer.

heavy, expertly packaged, double boxed, just as he said, he knows how to properly package and ship for many years. (I was nervous, it replaced the one a guy named Eugene improperly packaged that arrived in pieces).

Later, I recommended him to a friend, he sold him one of his two Micro Seiki 505 arms we put on his Luxman PD444. He helped us understand that Dynamically Balanced arm, I highly recommend that arm, comes long and short..

Yet another friend bought ___ I forget, from him, trouble free and helpful.

Just viewing his listings, this single arm JVC has their 60mm thick plinth, removable headshell, tempting... he tells you all about it, $850.

When I asked about JVC or Denon, people here recommended the DP-80
