Manufacturers with great customer service

I had great experience with Dynaudio and Buchardt. Prompt, friendly, detailed responses. 

Manley as well. 

Then there are "onepercenters" who are arrogant and rude but that wasn’t the question

I agree entirely with jsd52756, Core Audio Design equipment racks work perfectly, are very well built and look beautiful. As an added bonus, the company owner, Arnold Marr, is an absolute delight to work with.

Wellllll, it was a bit long in the tooth, (maybe then +- 24 years old) but here we are age 60 years, it still works. That's a hellova motor, and switch.

The lack of any other comment, suggestion of a current model, nothing, I still think was Teutonically Rude.

Speaking of coffee (I’ve been grinding my own beans since 1967:

It came with a 1 year guaranty. Well, the steam got into the electronics, they stopped working.

They sent me 3 new replacements, without hesitation. I sent the last new one to my brother (so it would be there when we visited).

Audio you say? Well it had me singing in the morning.
