Do I still need to buy a stylus force gauge if I can get the settings off the internet?

Do you know how to properly use the markings on the tone arm weight? Its not as simple as setting it to the number you think, you must balance the whole tone arm with the cart installed on it, basically balancing in the air on its own then set the weights gradients to zero, then you have a starting point. Now is that going to be accurate enough is another story. Buy a gauge as others have said.

What glennewdick said.  The counterweight will have two independently movable adjusters. Set the one that has VTF numbers on it to zero.  Now move the counterweight back or forth until the tonearm floats in the air level above the platter while making sure the numbered adjuster remains set to zero. Now set the desired VTF on the numbered adjuster which should move the CW very slightly forward toward the pivot from the floating position.  Most likely this will give you very very close to the correct VTF without a gauge. But my point and that of many others is that if not right away then eventually you will want a digital gauge to independently verify correct VTF.  The cost is nominal and one gauge will work for any cartridge and any TT you ever own.
