Should AI generated posts be banned or otherwise regulated?

I find AI useful for factual information and summaries, but not for personal experiences. Asking AI to provide an opinion is like asking a question on Agon and expecting a definitive answer. 

I don't put much stock in AI answers, but its fine for a super-duper search engine. With that said, we don't need censorship. I suspect most folks are pretty good at skipping long, AI generated stuff.

True, but why do we have to be bothered? It's like saying, most folks are pretty good at sidestepping vomit puddles and dog turds 😃

@devinplombier 😀i get your point, so delicately made. I’d be perfectly happy to not deal with these long AI messages but some of our colleagues seem to like them and a ban seems a little harsh.

Don't ban AI, but maybe , it should be identified so that the reader or user can make the decision to cross check if the answer doesn't sound right or just make sure it's accurate. Mistakes have been made, but it gets better as it goes.
