Is Qubuz Direct really better
I have had Qobuz for several years now, and I see the Q direct came out last year. Is it really different and worth using. The way I am reading it you don't need the streamer app anymore and slightly better sound quality. What say you smart people?
This needs to be defined. Qobuz Connect has the stream running directly from the streamer, the phone is just a remote Just using Qobuz is running the stream from your phone to the streamer. Think most of us will agree that getting the phone out of the music loop will sound better. Use Tidal on my setup, Connect sounds better. |

@hgeifman -- QC currently works with 15 different.brands of streamers (and many of these have more than one model which works.) You'll need to contact the manufacturer of your model to see where they are in the process, or if they have even bothered to apply. A list of currently approved brands is available at Qobuz.com. |
