we have 5 senses (unless you believe in ESP) sight, smell, taste, touch, hearing.

I've never heard anybody claim they can exactly quantify by measurement what see, smell, taste, or feel. Yet the cult at ASR claims that they can measure and quantify exactly what we hear.

Just because you can measure some things that affect our senses, it does not mean you are measuring everything involved.

Those that think we completely understand everything that affects how we perceive the world around us are hopelessly naive and gullible. 

That said, I use about $200 worth of Canare quad star cables with decent connectors throughout a fairly high end system. Spend your money elsewhere.

I haven’t spent anywhere near that much, but have still spent far too much.

when did talking about money in public become fashionable? 

since it's become the norm. Just like bullying, stealing and berating and attacking anyone who disagrees with you. 

I grew up with the concept that talking about money, how much you make, what you have, how much spent on it were a sign of weakness and you should condemn anyone with those traits and avoid them in life. 

You know... Christianity stuff that's been around for 1000s of years.
