The $250 power cables and $600 power strip that dethroned my $10k Shunyata Everest

Hello fellow audiophiles. I've been using products from QSA Lanedri who I believe offer the best price to performance ratio on the market today for their power and signal cables. You may have heard of Quantum Science Audio fuses and might even have some installed in your system. QSA Lanedri have perfected this technology/treatment and are now offering it in their power and signal products. The line of products in particular is called Veridion Discovery which is their most affordable line. I currently own 2 Veridion Discovery power strips (daisy chained), 8 power cables, 3 ethernet cables, 1 DC cable. Initially I was sent a power and ethernet cable to try and was so impressed I ordered more including the power strips. I have been comparing their power cables to much more expensive cables from Audioquest and Furutech. I've also been comparing their power strip to my Shunyata Everest power conditioner and found I prefer the Discovery power strip. Infact I'm in the process of trading in my Shunyata Everest and corresponding Sigma X power cable for either a better integrated amplifier or speakers. Once you pair up Discovery power cables with the Discovery power strip things improve dramatically. Not only does audio improve but picture quality and home cinema improves also and will challenge anything at any price. I will say the Discovery line requires a few days of continuous use or "burn in" period before proper evaluation. I compared their Ethernet cables to the likes of Audioquest Diamond and Wireworld Platinum Starlight 8 and again preferred the Discovery line. Through the Discovery products music sounds cleaner and clearer with a heightened sense of realism. This also applies to film and TV. Compared to the Shunyata Everest picture quality is now cleaner with more vibrant colours. Motion and panning shots are improved with less stutter. I will add that I have the power strips on Auva EQ CSA1 isolation footers. All of my equipment is sitting on Auva EQ footers which I found were better than the Isoacoustic Oreo footers I had previously. The Discovery products look very basic and don't scream high end but from my experience they can go toe to toe with the best at very affordable prices! They offer a 30 day money back guarantee for peace of mind. Definitely worth a look. Cheers.

@jaymark Thank you for sharing your experience and my reply means no disrespect but I see 2 glaring problems in your comparison.

1) Haven't heard the system in 9 months.

2) Inserting 2 new different products into a system for comparison.

The correct thing to do is put the Veridion cable into your reference system for comparison.

I haven’t been on the Audiogon forms for 10 years. The reason being is that writing about audio and reading about audio became very boring as there were no breakthrough products.

I am one of the fools that participated in buying and selling audio equipment thinking that I could advance by buying and selling gear to further my musical enjoyment with upgrades. Sad to say my 800 positive feedbacks got me to where I am today in realizing there has been, in my opinion, only two major breakthroughs in audio in the last 10 years. . The first being the Bacch software with room correction dealing with crosstalk cancellation. The other breakthrough has been the QSA Lanedri Veridion treated cables,

Roper the OP started this thread in hoping to enlighten folks of his “Discovery ”  of the QSA Lanedri Veridion cables in hopes to enlighten the many audiofiles on this site.  As usual there are two types of personalities that hear about a new technology in the audio industry , the one being like Eeyore, a pessimistic negative hearer. I don’t believe it. It may be sunny now, but it’s going to rain in  a five minutes, those types  of people. My son, who has been in this hobby for a whole three years, I would classify as a critical Eeyore. I told him to buy the Discovery Veridion cables and power strip. He came back with the term fairy dust and I will pass which is a classic term used by the doubters.

The other group are the hungry and thirsty open minded willing to try and willing to listen. I fall into that category. The QSA Discovery Veridion cabling treatment is a secret formula that does not belong to the public at this time and I am fine with that. The profit margins on the Discovery series is none of my concern. All I care about is the sound quality of these cables, reaching the sound quality of high dollar cables.

I have four Gamma AC cables, one ethernet Gamma cable three power strips two Discovery Veridion AC cables one HDMI cable along with a DC cable.
I have on order 2 XLR cables and  the new release USB cable that will be delivered at the end of this month. I am so convinced of the superior sound quality of this order to my existing cables, being the Inakustik cabling, that I’ve already sold both pairs and I’m scraping to find  some cheap cables until the delivery of the XLR cables and USB cable.

For those sitting on the fence, debating and pondering whether to jump in for a few $250 power cables or a $600.00 power strip, I would encourage you to buy and then install them into your system and write back and tell us if this is not a major breakthrough in audio cables . Please allow at least 300+ hours for break in.

For the last 10 years I have thought about a company that could develop cabling on the affordable side that would outrun and  outperform high dollar audio cables. The QSA Lanedri Veridion Discovery series does just that. Of course, after the Discovery series, there is a three tier progressive movement up in their offerings for those with deeper pockets.

This three tier cabling series, just like many of the cable builders, has the $4000 cable the $12,000 cable and the $18,000 cable. The Discovery series was released to the bottom shoppers to buy and try and hear this major breakthrough and return within 30 days if you don’t like it.

The Discovery QAS Lanedri Veridion is a major breakthrough in audio cabling design and I highly doubt anyone will return after the 300+ breakin.

Words do not justify the hearing experience these cables produce in one’s audio system . If you’re like me, I am worn out with all the lingo of the 20 years of reviewers that parrot the same phrases trying to describe cabling or any audio components.

Here is my review of the QSA Discovery Veridion cables I have gathered so far into my system

😳 🤔😳🥇

It is my goal to wire all my components with QSA Lanedri Veridion cables along with the fiber optic cable the router switch LPS and whatever else I need to complete the loom.

Is it possible that QSA Lanedri will be able to treat metal audio footers? DAC’s / music servers, amps ? I believe it will and that it will come to pass.

I will force feed my son by bringing over a power strip along with my soon to be USB cable to let him hear how wrong he is. I will charge him a finders fee.

@glory

Very nice review and comments.  I am 100% QSA Lanedri Cables, Cords, Power Strips, and soon to be Roku and Apple TV boxes, 2 XLR and 1 USB cable, a BNC cable, and UI DC cable.  We have guests visiting on Tuesday, and I went into the spare bedroom to make sure the cheap TV we put in there worked ok.  I had inserted a Veridion Discovery PC in it.  I remember the picture being exactly what a $300 TV was - not very good, but good enough for guests.  When I turned on the TV, I was amazed by how good the picture quality was using the Veridion PC.  I was a very early adopter of QSA Lanedri.  I have sold so many high-end cords, cables, and power conditioners that I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on.  I am very happy with my decision to go all in on QSA Lanedri

It's been a while since I posted, hope everyone is doing ok and in good health.

A review of the QSA Ultimatum Infinity Power Cable was just published and I thought I'd share it. Should you wish you can read it here :

Through the sale of my Shunyata Everest and power cables I've been able to move into a bigger room and buy some new speakers and equipment. I've uploaded a picture of my updated rig. None of this would have been possible without the Veridion Discovery cables, of which I now own more. I'm really happy I chose this route.

Veridion goes well beyond what Infinity achieved, while the Discovery series was created to let people experience the Veridion technology without having to make a major investment.
