Need Qualified Tech for Amplifier Repair - Indianapolis/Chicago Area

Need Technician to evaluate and repair a BAT solid-state amp.

Speaker jumper dislodged and caused blown fuses when amp turned on.

New BAT service center now open in L.A. area, but shipping/insurance cost

prohibitive. Willing to drive to major city close to Indianapolis

(Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, etc.) but prefer Indy.

May be a simple fix, but several attempts at replacing fuses have failed.

This is such a heartbreak all-the-way-round. How can you design a $9000 (pre inflation) amp that can't defend itself from the most common source of accidental failure? True, this is the finest sounding amp I've owned, but getting it fixed is an absolute nightmare.
