Listening habits.

Many on this forum seem to listen to LP’s almost exclusively.
I’m wondering of those of you who do, how many have done so since the fall of CDs and how many have just never stopped listening to records?

I started out in the early 1970's with vinyl and some cassettes, mostly ones that I recorded of albums.  I bought my first cd player around 1985.  I then went about 80% cd and some vinyl.  I honestly thought cd playback improved in the early 2000's and I really didn't buy much vinyl, but I never sold my albums.   Then, around 2010-ish I started back with albums and have continued since.  I did recently get into streaming, and I am a bit pre-occupied with that for the moment.

I would bet that anyone who didn’t start their audio journey when vinyl was the only game in town would still pick vinyl over cd and streaming

I still collect and listen to LP's, sometimes to CD's and when I'm lazy or just need background music, I stream.
