Looking for impressions of Pioneer PL50Lii turntable.

Thanks to all of you for the guidance. Yes motown, I already have a Denon DP3000 and Sony DP2250 in rotation, but both are 120V units. I have my eye on a Denon DP80 as well, so that is Japan only and would require a step down transformer, which I already have.

I spoke with a friend who collects turntables and has spent quite a bit of time in Japan. He even has an Exclusive P3. At any rate, he talked me down off of the ledge and suggests I concentrate on a Denon DP75 or DP80. Perhaps this info will be of use to someone else in the future.

Viridian, adding a second tonearm to the L07D is my plan too, but some other emergency always gets in the way. I do have two blank mount platforms custom made for me. I measured to see if the Viv Float would fit but there’s not quite enough room for my 9 inch version.
