Help - Cable for High End System - M7s and Block Audio Mono A

My friend is putting together a system and I offered to help him, but at this stage, the budget has grown far above the price points where I have knowledge of components and pairings - I could use some advice.  At this time, we are focused on neutral speaker cables.  These don't have to be end game but enough to get him listening for a long time and not limit the other components.  The speakers are the Magico M7 and the amps are the Block Audio Mono A 200.

Any suggestions in the $5000 to $12000 range for a pair of speaker cables.  The other limitations are that the cables should be flexible (not overly stiff) and not have large modules or boxes in the cable.  Thank you.

Mclinnguy brings up a good point on jumpers though if that doesn’t work, and based on what you’ve outlined, Nordost V2 might be a good choice.  However, they may also fall outside the upper limit of your proposed budget depending on length. They’re certainly very good cables - neutral, resolving and very smooth. Highly recommended.

I can also comfortably recommend Matthew Bond (founder of TARA Labs) Audio GSC cables at this level. Full disclosure - it’s what I purchased so I’m biased. That said, I found them to be a tad more fleshed out than the Nordost. No boxes and they’re flexible. Please note they have large/thick spades which won’t work on all binding posts. It’s possible Matthew can send them out w/ bananas (which I wish I had asked when i ordered them). Matthew’s a good guy - worth a phone call to chat with him.

Given what I’ve heard from Magico speakers, I’d lean toward Matthew’s cables though Nordost V2 will surely bring out all of the performance of which those speakers are capable.

Best,

Maybe consider Shinyata Delta. I’ve owned nordost and they are great cables but with the magico might be too much of a good thing. The best cables do nothing but transmit the signal

Also Shunyata Research Alpha V2 Speaker Cables they are thick but very bendy.

I would highly recommend Kimber.  I have used KcAg and KcTg and select interconnects and love them.  I have used Kimber 4 and 8ag as well as Black Pearls and Selects, sound awesome.  I have listed a 3.5m pair of Black Pearls.  New KS6068's go for $40k. Willing to sell mine for $8k.

I will echo the recommendations for Silversmith Fidelium speaker cables.  They had an incredible impact on the sound quality of my system, which not in the same league as that being discussed—judging from the price range for speaker cables—is nonetheless fairly decent.
