Recommendation for a wall-mounted turntable light

I’m looking for a good light that I can use to illuminate my turntable.  However, I live in California/earthquake country and don’t really want a light that’ll just sit on my audio rack in case if falls over and damages my turntable/tonearm/cartridge when things start to shake.  So that kind of puts one of the UberLights out of the picture (although I love the Frame model and think it would look pretty awesome).  I know that the Frame can be bolted to a surface, but I’m not about to drill holes in my Symposium Acoustics rack!  I don't really want to clamp it to the rack either.  So, I was thinking that there might be a light that could be wall mounted that might do the trick.  I’ve looked around a bit but haven’t found anything that great, so I thought maybe someone here might have a suggestion.

Any ideas?

Do any of the mentioned lamps assist with the strobe effect?  My turntables rely on ambient light or external sources for the strobe effect.

Following recommendations in another thread, I bought a cheap lamp from Ikea NÄVLINGE LED clamp spotlight, black - IKEA which has a strong, deep and broad clamp base and a flexible connection to the lamp.  I bought it mainly to help when inspecting the stylus.  But it does not strobe, at least with the supplied wall wart.

Any recommendations for an alternate power supply which does not smooth the output voltage?  Maybe a non-linear power supply angry

I don't know if you're into mid-century modern stuff, but there's always something like this.  It's my favorite type of reading light. ;-)

Maybe cut a flexible led lamp then attach to a custom designed base or wall adapter.
