LUMIN D2 issues

Hi was wondering if I can get a little help. I have the Lumin D2 with S Booster I've had it for years. Last time I used it about 2 weeks ago worked fine. Now my app cannot "see" the streamer before anyone chimes in this is what I  did cycled power multiple times per Lumin instructions that includes router and streamer. Uninstalled and reinstalled app nothing. Before I did the factory reset display showed1st track on Playlist ready to play. After factory reset now shows ready for music  did the old app uninstall and reinstall nothing.  I emailed Lumin support his claim was power supply degradation. Anyone ever heard of this IMO silliness? I've got display, green LED on S Booster. I even tried a different device with the app.

Can you uninstall the S Booster and reinstall the factory power supply? It might work, but there's no way of knowing until you try.

Unfortunately, most manufacturers don't offer much support for units that have been modified by the user.
