What to do with very low offer on an item for sale

I am pretty new to selling on Audiogon and with a component I have received an offer of 25% of the price; I had chosen a price, including shipping, at the low end of what I have seen on HiFi shark.

If someone with more experience than I could help; do I ignore it or come back with a sensible (10% perhaps) discount on my price.

I buy high and sell low. Always works. (Well, not financially)

Really! Sometimes I just want to get rid of the stuff! Speakers usually, please just take them off my hands!

I always reply back. To what I feel are very low offers, they get a one word answer...no. If the offer is closer to asking I may tell them that I am not selling for that price or make a counter offer. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. One thing is constant though, I have never gotten any second offers from the low ballers.
