DAC's with HQ-player

Ive been looking at nice DACs.  One thing that Ive run across is how HQ-Player can make some DACs really awesome.  The main DAC's being Holo Audio May KTE and the T+A DAC 200.  I went to the HQ-player website and they have a list of 20 DAC's they have measured and created adjustments in the software to make them perfectly linear.  Now these are just fine adjustment but they say they do make a difference.  I know the Holo Audio May KTE is a good DAC but I have read that HQ-Player makes it a great.  I imagine most of the reviews of the May are without HQ-Player and it still holds its own.  The benefits it has is it has a totally separate DSD DAC inside.  Now this isn't the only DAC I have been looking at.  I have been looking at some of the  Aries Cerat DAC's. so I did some research and asked ChatGPT if HQ- Player could improve on Aries Cerat Helene and KassandraII.  It said basically  it would raise the rate of PCM and do some minor filters but it would not want to do anything harsh so it would keep its magic.  I just want to know if anyone has used this software with hi-end DAC's also how close does the May DAC come to the higher end DAC's in the 20-30k price range.

I have been using the HQ-Player for more than a year with the T+A DAC200. I have no experience with the Holo May.

With all due respects to members on this forum, you will NOT find the answer to your question on this site. I am 90% sure that you will find your answers on the HQ Player post at audiophilestyle.com.

They also have a DAC section where there are separate threads for T+A DAC 200 and Holo May DAC.

@milpai You are the needle in this haystack I was looking for....haha.  What do you think of the T+A DAC200.  I was looking at that DAC as an option.  What else do you have in your system>

@brbrock ,

If I am the needle in the haystack here on Agon, the the other forum is full of needles in different size you probably are looking for 😀

Anyway, since you asked about T+A DAC, all I can say is that I love it so much, especially with the HQP. I convert all my music sources to DSD 256 with it. Even before Spotify was HiFi, I entertained 2 members of this forum at my place and they loved what they heard. Of course, now it is even better. Your interest in HQP tells me that you are interested in DSD playback.

But as I have mentioned earlier, I have no experience with other DACs. Btw, I have posted my system on this site.
