I am not sure if you want to physically convert the Innuos because it voids warranty.  Just follow the recommendations from The Absolute Sound.  The only thing I will consider adding onto the list is the quality LPS (voltage varies) or SMPS such as Ifi iPower 2/x for FMCs.  

Check out my setup….short ethernet from router to conversion box the fiber to another box Ethernet connected to my Dac.i did this for lightning protection but I’m getting a much clearer spacious sound,YMMV
