Holo Red only outputs Tidal exclusively

I think I’ve tried every combination but obviously missing something. I’m using the Red as a streamer output via USB (in this case DDC Singxer SU6). I select multi on the output, but when I option Tidal Connect it shows a padlock next to the USB option when I check it.
 

so basically I cannot option Tidal and any other service for USB output. I can option Spotify and other services for USB but NOT Tidal. So it would seem I can only option Spotify if I select a different output (AES, Coax, etc) when optioning Tidal. 
 

Anyone else with this issue? Is this a quirk of the Red that Tidal Connect prevents any other service from using the same output? Mind you I’m not trying to play both at once, I just can’t seem to get USB optioned as output for both.
