I have not bought or sold anything on Audiogon for a long time, and been a while since i communicated with an Audiogon message. another member did message me just now and i'm not able to respond as it 'says' my phone number is not verified.
i looked for some sort of guidance in the headings below but could not see anything related to this.
my correct phone number is listed on my account. i did update my password and turned on the SMS 2FA notification toggle. the account shows updated. but i'm still not able to respond to the message.
is this a matter of time before they process it? or am i missing some step?
