Jay's rooms almost done - getting nervous

I have complete faith these rooms are going to be game changing.  I can't wait to see the reference equipment. I don't understand new floors, they are so pretty all lacqered up and everything, and really cool surface designs. if you haven't seen you should take a look.  Hope no one slips and falls and don't you need a rug.

But that's not why I'm nervous, I haven't gotten my invitation to the barbecue.  I have amazing things planned that I can bring.  I know Jay's got a lot of things on his mind and he hasn't forgotten about me.

@thecarpathian courage is relative.

I would rather swim 4 miles in ice cold waters than give a one minute speech  in front of more than 2 people (OK, I lied, 2 people is to many for me already)

That said, this guy seems to be an extrovert, he loves the attention and the controversy.

I bought a mcintosh 12000 preamp from him new at great price smooth transaction. Glad to see someone have 🙌. Keep up the good work and I'm always up for someone's new stuff.

Gentlemen -

Both rooms are 17WX25DX11H. They are not small rooms. These dimensions are based on the golden ratio. If I had made this one single room then I’d would have issues filling that huge room with smaller speakers like a Sasha, magico S5, etc.

So in the event it rains on the day of the barbecue they'll be plenty of room in these rooms for the barbecue? Or maybe you're gonna have tents erected around pool area which may be better.

I can't wait for the date to be announced for the barbecue and especially the date when the grand unveiling of all your new equipment will be released on YouTube.

This is a major marketing event and manufacturers of premium audio gear no doubt are eager for all the attention and visibility your rooms will offer them.  Have you considered doing continuous streaming so people can listen to and watch all that goes on once these rooms are up and running?

I see empty rooms but so much more has to be done and now the acoustical refinement challenges are the next big challenge. Will you be installing gear at this point to see results of your progress and how panel and furniture installations will impact sound?
