Jay's rooms almost done - getting nervous

You do know he has made it pretty clear he is going to vet people wanting to come and he expects high $ sale...as in at least tens of Ks.  He plainly stated he leaves the frivilous 3,000 cable sales to his associate down in Florida.  I'll continue to watch his channel but could never live up to his sales expectations.

Oh and I met him and his wife at a show---cant remember if it was Southwest, Axpona or Capital.  She is a looker.  lol.

Stay tuned - the rooms are almost ready. I just ordered my acoustic panels today which cost me quite a bit. Not happy about that but it is what it is…. 
Conroe Texas will be the hub of some of the best HiFi electronics and sound rooms. 
lastly - I was born in THIS forum. You’ve watched me grow and progress overtime. You have seen me go from nothing to where I am today. My biggest regret is not having started my channel 5 years earlier. If I had never made the jump out of here and into YouTube, I wouldn’t have accomplished what I’ve accomplished today. 
If I did it - SO CAN YOU. It just takes patience, a boatload of work and perseverance. If you got haters - tell them you’ll have a full time job for them because you’re not stopping. 
Many people always created the narratives that I was loaned all the equipment I showcased throughout the years…. Well I guess someone must have loaned me my new home in Texas and also loaned me all the money to build two state of the art rooms… stories are narratives but eventually the truth comes out.
