Marshall, Sonus or another bluetooth / airplay speaker

Hi there,

I’m looking for some airplay speaker  to play music in my small office.

Any recommendations?!

I have an office system with integrated amp, DAC... high end speakers... so that does not help.

For our massage room I set up an Apple HomePod and two Home pod minis. The cool thing is it provides ambience... The signal is split and results in a great sound all over the room. With the Minis in two opposite corrners and the HomePod in the apex of the triangle.. I would  not hesitate to get two HomePods... where you can designate them left and right. Or you could get one or two HomePod and a couple minis. I really enjoy the system for its ambience. The full sized Home Pod has great bass. Hense if I did it again, I would get a couple of HomePods.

Some folks may have gone out and rigorously looked for this kind of system. I had these devices laying around when I set up the massage room, and so I find it delightful. My other system are way more expensive and I put a lot of time, effort and money to create.

For the basic cheapies, I really like the Marshall offerings.  I have one in the garage that does a great job.

The B&W Zepplin is an excellent sounding standalone player.  My son has had his for many years and even for a young guy, he thinks the high $900 price was money well spent.
