Roon via Ubiquity and Starlink

Has anyone srt up a Roon via Ubiquity with Starlink? I’m a week deep into initial set up via a new switch. and new cable? The Dream Machine recognizes it,  300 MB download the Roon Core set up says everything is OK but the ethernet switch on the Nucleus has a persistent, solid, orange and flickering amber code. Any help appreciated. I haven’t plugged it into the new Arcam SA 45 because its telling me all us not well.

I'm not familiar with this particular setup, but why do you say that "it's telling me all is not well"?  Have you tried it and it doesn't work the way you expect?

Many Ethernet switches have two lights.  A solid light indicates a successful ethernet link, and another light flashes when there's data.  It depends on the switch, but sometimes a 1 gigabit switch will use a green link light when connected at gigabit speeds, and an amber link light for a 100 Mbps link.  That might be your case here.

Some pictures/diagrams/additional info would be helpful in troubleshooting this further.

I had the same question. @leos2nddad have you connected the Arcam and taken a listen yet? Sounds like your Roon is processing the data correctly. From what I read online, solid orange indicates a Gigabit connection.

Have not heard it yet. The flickering yellow is a code that its having negotiation/problems or packet loss? Guessing its a Ubiquity setting. I’ve been troubleshooting with Claude and GPT which has not solved the problem.
