Good question about products that predate the change. Bryston doesn't say (see below), but a warranty is a contract, so whatever terms were in effect as of the date of purchase should be binding. Did they change terms recently?
Warranty Details
Bryston Analog Audio products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for ten (10) years from the original date of purchase from an authorized dealer or distributor.
Bryston Digital products are warranted for five (5) years from the original date of purchase from an authorized dealer of distributor.
Bryston products having motorized moving parts, excluding motorized volume controls, are warranted for three years from the original date of purchase from an authorized dealer or distributor.
The warranty includes parts and labour. Warranty is limited to the first-time buyer and is non-transferable.
