Question about contacting Ayre Acoustics


I have been trying for the last 2-3 weeks to contact Ayre Acoustics via their email as well as their phone leaving messages and no one seems to be contacting me back. I have left both detailed voice mail messages and emails with photos on what I am looking to have repaired as well as wanting to buy a new remote control. No one is responding to either form of contact. The email is directly off of their website as well as the phone number.

Anyone else having any contact issues with them?

I had a similar experience. I needed a preamp repaired. I called, I emailed, finally made connection. The timeliness of their communication is horrible at best.

Once I got through, they were very nice people to work with, but getting them to respond is another story.

I think I made contact by email first, then by phone. Had to call a few times because email responses were never complete in answering my questions. Good luck.

Here it is 3 weeks since all my calls and emails to Ayre and still no response from them. I will continue to try to reach them after all the holidays are over. 

October 30 2025. Had a power supply problem. My guy called them, got a repair order opened. They emailed a shipping label right away. Sent the box, they called within a week with a price to repair and also a free update. Out and back in 3 weeks. Just lucky I guess.

 

UPDATE- I was able to talk to someone at Ayre Acoustics the other day and they helped me out with my repair and remote purchase.
