Denafrips Support - No Such Thing

I have sent multiple support requests to Denafrips over the last 4-6 weeks using their support page for help with my Aether and Gaia. No response at all.

Are others finding this to be the case? Are there alternate contact methods?

Thanks for reaching out. After the holidays I will contact you and take you up on your offer to fix the unit. Thanks

Purchased Denafrips from Todd very recently. He provided a 1st class buying experience, is extremely knowledgeable and a very nice guy. Nothing but good things to say about Todd!

I concur with the above.  Todd has gone out of his way to assist in support and purchase decisions.

After I updated firmware on a Terminator Plus it would not work with my Iris.  Denafrips told me the newer production (no model change) Iris's had firmware that was compatible.  I was left with a paperweight.  Would have been nice to be advised before the update the Iris would not work or been offered a discounted path to a compatible Iris.  Their attitude was just move on.

I think Denafrips makes good products but there are many equivalent DAC's at similar price points that I would invest in a better company.

I scored an Antipodes S/20 DDC.  Antipodes has an amazing support Forum and will at no charge login to my system and help with issues and updates.  That's how a company should support its clients and products.

I have an old Antipodes Core, for some reason (I believe parts availability) they could no longer support it, they offered me a very generous upgrade path to current models even though my Core was functioning perfectly.  At least I know if my Core has problems it is a paperweight, but that is my choice.
