Most Paid for Vinyl LP

For me $54 new for best of Nickelback. I pay about $27 for new LPs, I rarely buy used but when new is not available I buy near mint used and have had good luck with perfectly quiet used.

I can't recall the most I've paid for an LP;  it was probably less than $40.

The most I've sold an LP for was a sealed MFSL Pink Floyd Meddle for $1100!  (I kept another copy for myself and enjoy it immensely.)

I recently scored a copy of the Mosaic Complete Recordings of the Paul Desmond Quartet with Jim Hall; the 10 LPs appear to be unplayed and have translucent, very quiet vinyl.  If you like laid-back jazz or jazz guitar, this is a fantastic set--very consistent musically, except for the bossa nova beats replacing standard snare brushes and cymbals on some of the tunes.

$50 for a UHQR "Crime of the Century" over 40 years ago. Haven't played it yet, still in the original plastic wrap.

Got the Wish You Were Here box set for crimbo, but I wouldn’t have paid that much money myself.

I didn't have to buy the "Wish You Were Here" boxed set either, I am streaming it... I have been listening to it for several days and really enjoying it.. Brings back a lot of memories.
