I have a couple of amps down there, but that does me no good up here.

I would use the preamp outs on my Aria into the amp to see if that alleviated the distortion before I lost it to the repair shop.

Hmm, gives me a chance to mull over buying a Class D Audio ganfet 6.5 that @mapman is impressed with and piqued my interest. My current speakers could benefit from being fed more juice than the Aria puts out. Hard to justify it though when I have a perfectly good amp down there, if I can get it up here!

My LSA Voyager GAN 350, when it was working, was very nice, but I found it "to smooth over" everything. Took away some "bite & edge" that I find more realistic with a few other amps I own. It also lacked the grunt of others I have. Was not exciting to listen to.

I’m lucky if I can remember what gear is in what state - first world audio problems… good luck getting it all sorted,,,
