What piece of equipment have you owned the longest?

Oldest equipment in use in chronological order:

Revox A77 MKII (RtoR) – circa 1968 purchased used and overhauled in 2021.

Technics SL 150 MKII (TT) – Purchased new in 1979, well cared for and still a great TT. Dead quiet and spot on speed.

Grace 707 (Sumiko) Tonearm – Purchased new in 1977 and in use on the Technics SL 150 MKII.

Long time audio hobbyist with lots of equipment turnover, but several pieces have stood the test of time and my ears.  Equipment from the late 80’s and 90’s are still in my primary and secondary systems.  Thinking of upgrading the tonearm.  I have a NIB “arm board” (more of disk) to put a new arm on the turntable.

Noromance,

It is not how old your components are that is impressive, it is how good they are.

My speaker cables are the Tara Lab RSC Reference 2000 Gen 2 from about 2000, my VPI Scoutmaster is approximately 20 years old.

There was a long period of stability from the late '90s until about 2014 apart from replacing the digital system with an Esoteric X-03SE in 2008 - CAT SL pre/phono, VAC 70/70 and Audio Physic Virgos but after I retired and moved to my home in VT I have been changing stuff.

This is fun to read.  I didn't keep stuff.  We usually blew them up or traded for something else.  I took some breaks as well.  None of my stuff was ever tubes but I had lots of solid state amps.  Leach, Carver 1.0T, Sony Vfet, Quatre, Ampzilla, SAE, Electrocompient.  All sounded good to me.but i winder what they would sound like against the Pass.  Probably harsh?  Many of those amps were quite unreliable.  They just couldn't keep up with us rock and rollers.
