Newbie turntable Upgrade

So I broke my cardinal rule about not going down the Vinyl Rabbit-hole, now this Alice-in-Wonderland owns a Fluance RT85, 4,count them, FOUR phonostages (Parasound XRM, Darlington Labs, Sutherland , and a Waxwing to feed my dac) Ortofon 2M Blue, and Bronze, and a Denon DL-110 cartridge along with a bunch of decent jazz and classic rock lp's. Now the need to upgrade the turntable has risen. Looking for suggestions that doesn't exceed $2K usd.

I value your opinions.

Vlad has this one, I bought my TT81 from him, I highly recommend him. My friend bought a Micro Seiki 505 arm from him, I installed it on his Luxman PD444, it's terrific.

Wait until you can make/want a substantial improvement in sound quality. The Rega Planar 8 is a great entry level true HEA deck with quite possibly the best tonearm(potential) RB 880 of any turntable under $5k.

If you’re still under $2,000 range I liked the MoFi UltraDeck

But…
Why not sell all 4 tables with 3 phono stages leaving the best cartridge and the best phono pre?

Then get the funds together and pick yourself up a nice Dr. Feichert Volare with Origin Live arm, or a VPI Prime or Prime X table.

In my opinion Regas are great but lack in ability to fine tune VTA. They work best with Rega cartridges.

I definitely agree with @audphile1 Sell all your stuff and buy one of each... a much better phono stage and table. you will make bigger jump and be happier longer.

VTA can be an issue with Rega tables but IMO it's over exaggerated. There are plenty of other fine cartridges that do not need a spacer(shim) that perform flawlessly on Rega tonearms.
