OK, which one?

Breakfast, time for waffles!

I swear I waffle more than Eggo. Wanted to narrow it down to these two for my first foray into streaming (besides Pandora and iTunes) out of the zillion choices simply because you eventually have to pick a lane. This morning I was wondering why am I not looking at pure transports since I’m not going to use the internal dac. 

Any opinions on the ifi Zen Stream, or similar? Not counting out my original choices, just expanding and wondering what you guys think.

At this level these units will sound slightly different and it will come down to preference and features you need. There’s not going to be a holy $hit moment when you go from one to another. I’d go for the bluesound because of its reputation for sound quality for both dac and streamer sections 

And I’ll remind you what I said earlier - my prediction is neither will sound as good as your audiolab transport. Set your expectations accordingly. I hope I’m wrong but it’s unlikely so.
