Can somebody help me identify my Stanton 680 stylus?

It's entirely black with "STANTON" on one side and "D680" on the other. Is this an early version of the D6800EE stylus maybe?

What you have there is a Stanton D680.

I don't understand what your asking.

@thecarpathian Oh, didn't realize there was a D680. Is it an elliptical? was it sold standard with the 680EE cartridge? it sounds really nice and was just trying to learn something about it. A seller threw it in with my purchase of a stereohedron.

An even more mysterious. I have another black Stanton stylus that is blank on one side and has the company name on on the other with a white oval dot. Anybody know what this might be?

A black Stanton stylus with the company name on one side and just a white oval/dot on the other is almost certainly one of the older Stanton/Pickering OEM styli used for the 680/681 and related cartridges.

Mystery solved!
