If that is a loose binding post it would be prudent to tighten it back up. As others have noted on this post you may need to access that hardware via the front by removing the woofer (or other bits). I highly recommend that you use non magnetic screwdrivers for any screw removal, especially those located near the powerful woofer magnet. That magnet can "snatch" an ordinary screwdriver right through a speaker cone or surround. I've had good results with CS Unitech non magnetic drivers. They are readily available. If a loose binding post is the only issue you made a great purchase. Enjoy the music.
