Without sounding too insulting, so many lists are just so predictable

Presumably, our respective lists represent what each of us most enjoys.  

If someone sees my list and wants to suggest other artists I might enjoy, great.

On the other hand, whether my preferences "measure up" in anyone else's eyes, matters very little to me.  

Without few personal words of explanation for each choices, nobody can read these lists... 

For example :

Bob Dylan, because of his poetry and his way to spell it since i heard him when i was 14 the first time.
