Will Bluesound ever offer Qobuz Connect compatibility

@gkelly, I agree with your analogy.  I have three Bluesound products, and they are allot of bang for the buck.  I think that there is an opportunity in the market at the $3k level for a Streamer with very good power supply, clock, and i2s output.  I was hoping LAIV was there but appear to be struggling with the Net2.

It’s live for me today and much welcomed. Glad to have made the switch from Tidal. Better all around - SQ for sure, and now more or less on par (though different) with the in app user experience. (Tidal Radio based on track selection is still VERY strong in my opinion - Qobuz seems to be lacking here - in my experience and for my taste....)

I just tried it as well and Qobuz Connect is working on Bluesound for me as well. I had to reboot my Node for some reason to get it working, but unplugging and restarting got it going. 

Ok, I must first explain, I am slow learner. In playing with the Qobuz Connect on the iPad, it seems as though the only way to link the iPad to the Bluesound is via Bluetooth. So am I to understand that the Qubuz Connect (QC for short) is not really operating on the Node, but on the iPad and communicating via Bluetooth./WiFi and therefore the CAT 5 is not carrying the signal? If so, what is the advantage? Isn’t the Bluetooth signal bandwidth limited and of lesser quality than hardwired? What am I missing here? I can’t find any full explanation or instructions to make the Node utilize the QC, I’ve always been able to Bluetooth Qobuz if I wanted, but have understood it to be of lesser quality.
