They run cool anyway so the point is moot.
I thought it was worth asking in the context of "why do some insist Class D is still bad?" - I have had mixed experience with amp warmup. I have both ICEpower and Hypex plate amps. The ICEpower to my ears sound the opposite of smooth for a couple of days. Hypex sounds good, but _maybe_ better after being on 24 hours.
If listeners formed their opinions on ICEpower cold, that may explain some of the remaining anecdotes.
My Luxman integrated on the other hand is similar to what others have mentioned. Sounds good almost immediately, no big improvement if left on all the time.
