Tube DAC with i2s input?

Hi all, I want to upgrade from my Pontus II which is a good DAC but I'm looking for better depth/dimension, separation and analog warmth. I recently added a Laiv uDDC to the Pontus and that improved things notably so I'd like to keep that option for a new tube DAC, however most I come across do not have i2s input. Any suggestions? Budget $4-6k thanks. - Rich

@fastricky Have you compared ddc I2S clock vs Troubadour internal/master clock (sync vs async), and I2S vs usb?

No I haven't, I'm superstitious about changing anything right now it sounds SO great. But I did hear from Vlad about the upgrade to VI and am going to go with my current forward momentum and take the plunge for the upgrade. yes

Even with the silver finish, just wonder?  The designer seems reluctant to customize the finish for a single, isolated order.  The color preference for this gear runs about 10 to 1 in favor of silver over black. (not sure where I get that inform from)
