EVS Music Purifier

I just wanted to post this for the community since I found the EVS in a discussion for tweaks and wanted to try it out and hopefully this summary helps. Thanks

I was hoping for audible improvements (yes skeptical), but that was not the case.  It was dramatic. I can hear better dimensionality, and a more transparent presentation.  I thought that may just be me wanting to hear a difference, but went immediately to my second system (Akitika w/DQ 10 speakers) and then third (Primaluna w/Wharfedale speakers) stereo systems to make comparisons.  The change made the 2nd & 3rd system sound flat by comparison.  I liked it so much that I bought two more for my 4th & 5th system.  Rick, thank you for a reasonably priced tweak and will recommend it to audio enthusiast friends & family.

Fantastic tweak.  Bought 2 pairs for my Ohm Walsh Tall 2000’s and Fritz Rev5 SE’s.  Surprised at the level of improvement on both speakers and systems.  Thanks Ric!

Just picked up these from Ric, what a fantastic improvement! On my speakers/system it's cleaner, more open sounding, improved soundstage. Thinking of buying mega expensive speaker cables as an upgrade? Do this first. Thinking of switching out your speakers? Do this first! A complete new lease on life for my Obelisks, highest recommendation. 

I cannot agree more with @fastricky observations, recommendation and enthusiasm.  Ric’s EVS Music Purifiers are incredible and risk free to try. 

I was evaluating a brand of power cords that were absolutely incredible but for a variety of reasons, I decided to not purchase at the time.  The cords were $1900 each.  The music purifiers came in a couple of days after I returned the cords and with my existing cords, they gave me sound that equaled or exceeded what the awesome cords had  provided.  

And yes, I’ll readily acknowledge that the Music Purifiers AND the $1900 cords would likely sound even better.
