Finally found my amp/integrated for Martin Logan Summit X electrostatics

Hello All,

After trying numerous amps and integrated (Spectrum, Jeff Rowland, Cary, Luxman, McIntosh, PSAudio, and others) with my Martin Logan Summit X speakers, I got hold of a Simaudio Moon 700i (even their v. 1) integrated, and it is spectacular.  If you have the Summit X speakers and have a chance to audition this piece, you will not regret it.

By the way, I have no connection with Simaudio or Martin Logan; I'm just a THRILLED audiophile.

If I ever see a pair of Summit X's for a good price, I'm gonna grab them. Really want some Soundlabs, but impossible to find a pair at a price I want to pay.

Currently using Theos with great results. Mine are tube powered.

You might check albertsportis who lists many items on audiogon.  I've dealt with him several times and have always been treated well.  He often has Summit Xs for sale, in fact, I got mine from him.  I listen to all kinds of music, and the Summit Xs can handle everything, including rock (for which they are sometimes downgraded).
