New Perlisten S7T Towers

Hi everyone. Has anyone here had a chance to hear these? A brand new company in Wisconsin - first speakers ever to achieve level 4 THX Dominus certification. Not inexpensive at $16k a pair.

Second question, what percentage off of full retail would you consider fair? And the same question on a expensive Lyngdorf MP60 processor, $14k retail.

Thank you all!

I have the S4b's and D12s on "display" as I work out of my house.  I am in Jersey City.  Not sure there is another local dealer.  I very simply don't have room for the S7t.

@yyzsantabarbara I had clicked on the link for this prior to your post being deleted. I assume it was deleted due to the extensive quote from the Audioholics article.

My space issue has nothing to do with how the speakers perform. I live (for 35 more days) in an 1100 SF apartment and the speakers are in my dining room. With the sheer volume of equipment I have lying around, I am perpetually running the risk of wife beating me with a very expensive DAC. Equipment is everywhere.

If I set the S7Ts up in this apartment, she would be VERY unhappy. The largest speaker I can get away with is the Vivid Kaya 45 and the Wilson Benesch Discovery IIIZs and those were pushing it. We are moving into a much larger space and I will re-assess what I will show and the S7Ts are likely on the list of what I will acquire.

That said, I do think that the larger speakers might be fine in a smaller space. The nature of the array makes it shockingly difficult to detect sound coming from separate drivers unless you are dangerously close....say within 2" of the baffle.

The S5Ms list for $12,990 for a pair ($6495 each) and the matching stands are $1500. I would have to check stock but they have been getting very regular deliveries and I would expect that you would get them relatively quickly.

PM Me if you want to discuss further.
