USB not working on Denafrips Hermes DDC

Purchased a Hermes directly from Denafrips.

When feeding it a USB signal, my Mac recognizes the Hermes under "system preferences." However it doesn't send a signal to my DAC via optical or coax. Other digital inputs work on the Hermes, just not the USB.

Like I said, I have a Mac so no driver needed as per Denafrips instructions.

I sent an email to Vineshine.

Any suggestions?

Problem solved.

For anyone who runs into this issue: Go into Midi  settings in your Mac and make sure  it’s set at 441000 Hz. Mine defaulted to 1563000 when connecting the Hermes via USB.
