TMR Audio; Never Again


First off thanks for the community for trying to help me with the Aurender A10 over the weekend, though I never did get it to play music. Turns out it wasn't my incompetence THIS time, it's defective. I just spoke to Ari from Aurender who DID call me back, TMR never did, still waiting. TMR was uncooperative ignoring me totally. Never again!

The customer isn't always right and this behavior should and needs to be checked at the door. Good on TMR and the forums for keeping this straight and honest. 30 day account suspend should be in order for slanderous behavior. 

I have purchased several pieces of equipment from TMR. I only had a problem with one purchase. The remote would not operate the electric volume control on a MF preamp. They sent me a shipping label to return it. They determined that the volume control had been damaged (probably during shipment t me). They ordered a new control but gave me the option to wait or get my money back. In the meantime, a Parasound JC-2 became available. They cut the price and I purchased it. It works without any problems. They went over and above in my book.

I've had good experiences with the MR. Where is the OP? Seems to be experiencing a little more than jitter.

Are we overlooking the fact that one of the menbers, about 11 posts above this one, has a user name of "yugebohner" ?
