That's an easy one...Yamaha NX-E800 or NX-E400 (same speaker). Can be found on the used market for under $100/pr. A great sounding 2-way that surprises everyone who listens to them. Nice build quality, and looks great in gloss piano black.  Soft dome tweeter with butyl rubber surrounds on the 5 1/2" woofer. Great sounding midrange tone, with quality bass and highs. Match them with a descent subwoofer, and you're in business.

There is a Pioneer Authorized dealer selling the Pioneer BS22-LR speakers for $100 with free shipping on E-bay. Best $100/pair speaker that can be bought new that I know of.
