A trend I've noticed in ads.

More and more, I'm seeing in Agon ads sellers listing a piece as "new" when it is clearly not. Just a note of caution to potential buyers.

I would hesitate to buy from a seller listing a piece as new when elsewhere in the ad it becomes obvious it is not new. Brand new, in use less than a year. Yes sir, gotta trust that seller!
